Hotel Guarantee
In order to make a reservation, a guarantee by credit card is needed. In case you are not able to give a credit card guarantee, a hotel deposit for 2 nights (according to the room type reserved and confirmed) must be paid in advance.
A payment of 2 nights hotel deposit must be performed by bank transfer without charges for the beneficiary. The balance between the deposit and the total bill will be settled directly with the hotel upon check-out (unless cancellation policy applies).

Guarantee by Credit Card
In order to book definitively, we kindly ask you to send us your credit card number, the expiry date and the three security numbers written on the back of the card. Please, note that credit cards will be considered as guarantee only! The total hotel bill will be settled directly with the hotel upon check-out (unless cancellation policy applies).
Your reservation is valid and will be confirmed only upon reception of your credit card details or after receiving the deposit.
Cancellation policy
- cancellation up to 14 days before the arrival date – no individual fee will be charged.
- cancellation 13 days before the arrival date – the participant will be charged for 1 night.
- cancellation up to 7 days before the arrival date, the participant will be charged for 2 nights.
- In case of No Show, the hotel is entitled to charge all nights booked.
- Please note that in case of early departure, the hotel is entitled to charge all nights booked.
Important cancellation of the reservation is possible only with received booking number by phone call or by e-mail to the hotel, 7 days before arrival |
